Winter Transfers to Val d’Isère, with a Mountain Eye
We have always driven the road to Val d’Isère: it is the road of our own valley.
Every winter, we drive it dozens of times, in vehicles fitted with winter tyres and with chauffeurs who grew up with the snow.
As a former ski patroller at Les Arcs, our founder has kept the habit of watching the sky before setting off: that same mountain eye guides every one of our departures, so that you arrive with complete peace of mind.

Val d’Isère, a Mountain Village in the Heart of the Alps
At the head of the Haute-Tarentaise, at 1,850 metres, Val d’Isère has kept the soul of a Savoyard village, with its stone and wood chalets and its church watching over the valley.
Having become a ski resort in the 1930s, it saw Jean-Claude Killy grow up and was the setting for the cult French comedy Les Bronzés font du ski, filmed in 1979.
It hosted the 1992 Olympic downhill on the famous Face de Bellevarde, and opens the World Cup season every December with the Critérium de la Première Neige.
Together with Tignes, it forms one of the finest ski areas in the world, at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park.
In winter as in summer, Val d’Isère welcomes travellers from all over the world, who come for its slopes, its landscapes and its very special atmosphere.
