Information required for your booking:
Please send us the following information via WhatsApp or email, quoting the mission number if it was not provided with your initial request:
– the client’s contact details, whether an individual or a company;
– their email address;
– their telephone number;
– the details of the journey or service required.
This information allows us to prepare, confirm and properly manage your booking.
A Carefully Prepared Pick-Up
To organise your transfer in the best possible conditions, please provide us with the following information:
– the name of the passenger or the main contact person for the journey;
– a WhatsApp number where the main passenger can be reached;
– the pick-up time and location;
– the flight or train number, when your journey includes one of these forms of transport;
– the drop-off location;
-the number of passengers;
– the number and age of any children under 10, so that we can provide the appropriate child seats.
This information allows us to prepare your journey and provide the vehicle best suited to your needs.
Flight and train numbers are particularly important. They allow us to monitor the progress of your journey using various tracking tools and adapt your pick-up accordingly in the event of an early arrival or delay.
Finalising Your Booking
Once we have received your information, we will contact you within 48 hours to finalise your booking.
Once the arrangements have been agreed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your booking has been registered.
Your Driver’s Contact Details
No later than the day before your pick-up, once our schedule has been finalised, we will provide you with your driver’s contact details.

To reduce transaction fees for both parties, bank transfers are preferred.
Payments can be made in several currencies, including USD, GBP and CHF. The currency must be agreed upon at the time of booking.

Currency conversion is based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
