Leocleme Prestige SAS (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through www.leocleme-prestige.com, WhatsApp, email and our booking tools, why we use it and how long we keep it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

2. Data we collect and why

Quote requests and bookings. Name or company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates and times, number of passengers and luggage, flight or train numbers, ages of children (to prepare suitable seats), and the name and WhatsApp number of the lead passenger.
Purpose: to answer your request, prepare, confirm and carry out your transfer.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract.

Payments and invoicing. Name, billing address, amount and payment details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details).
Purpose: payment, invoicing and accounting.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.

Client area. Booking reference and contact details, to let you follow and manage your bookings.
Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Website statistics. Anonymous or pseudonymous browsing data (pages visited, approximate location, device), collected through cookies only with your consent.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Manage consent”.

3. Retention periods

  • Booking and client data: 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French law.
  • Statistics cookies: up to 13 months.

4. Who receives your data
Your data is used only by our team and our chauffeurs, for your journey. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf: our booking platform, Google (email, analytics), WhatsApp (messaging), our payment provider (Revolut) and our website host. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

5. Cookies
Our website uses necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choices at any time using the “Manage consent” button at the bottom of each page.

6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at leocleme.prestige@gmail.com, stating clearly who you are.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
