Presentation of Arcs Paradiski

Les Arcs is a winter sports resort and a ski domain name of the Tarentaise valley, located in the communal territory of the communes of Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Landry, Peisey-Nancroix, and Villaroger, in the department of Savoie in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

The Arc 1600, Arc 1800 and Arc 2000 village stations are integrated stations, known as “third generation” or “fourth generation” for Arc 1950, installed in the municipality of Bourg-Saint-Maurice and built in the late 1960s. The last one was built in 2003. The ski area also combines the resorts of Peisey-Vallandry, located in the communes of Landry and Peisey-Nancroix, and Villaroger.

Since 2003, the Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry ski areas have been connected by the «Vanoise Express» cable car to the Grande Plagne ski area, forming one of the largest French ski areas, Paradiski, with more than 425 km of slopes claimed.
